Gourmet dining is part of the experience at Sage Safaris. Drawing from the agricultural wealth of Montana and an appreciation of fine international cuisine, your private Chef will create a menu designed to fulfill your culinary desires. We aim to feature the very best produce from our very own Sage Safari garden and pair it with the highest quality meat available. We strive to use only locally sourced product so as to compliment the bounty of our cherished Montana prairie.
A true safari tradition. As dusk begins to settle, you will be driven to a location on the prairie to watch the sunset. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served whilst you enjoy the stunning views of the Great Plains and the seemingly unending expanse of Big Sky.
Colonial style traditional afternoon tea – another Safari tradition is served at 4pm in the lodge or in the field if the weather permits. To make a reservation for afternoon tea please book at least 48 hours in advance.
Note: Sage Safaris will accommodate any special dietary requests you may have. Please let us know at least 14 days in advance of your arrival.
